All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Any applicable payment surcharges will be clearly disclosed before payment.
Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are included throughout your stay.
Enjoy a private 45-minute session in one of our cedar hot tubs, available exclusively to in-house guests.
Sessions cost $15 per person or $50 per family or group of up to five people. Sessions are generally available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Advance booking is recommended; please contact Reception to arrange your session.
Each tub is prepared exclusively for you and heated to a comfortable temperature.
Book directly with us for five nights or more and receive one complimentary private hot tub session, subject to advance booking and availability.
Flexible Rate
Cancel free of charge at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival, or failure to arrive (no-show), will incur a charge equal to the full booking amount.
Early Departure — Flexible Direct Bookings Only
For flexible-rate bookings made directly through our website, by phone or by email, 48 hours’ notice is required for early departure, regardless of the length of your stay.
Accommodation already used and any unused nights falling within the 48-hour period from the time we receive your notice remain payable, up to the original departure date. Any prepaid accommodation charges for unused nights after this notice period will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Rate
The full booking amount remains payable and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure. The early departure refund policy above does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
Booking Changes
Please contact us directly to request changes to a direct booking. Changes are subject to availability and the conditions of your booked rate. Different dates or room types may result in a change in price.
Deposits and Payment
Any deposit or prepayment requirements will be stated at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation.
Third-Party Bookings
For bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents, the cancellation, amendment, payment and refund conditions shown on your booking confirmation apply. Please contact your booking provider to arrange any changes or cancellations.
