Payment Policy
Please note that a valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. No deposit is required for standard bookings, except in the event of a multiple night / long stay booking.
Check-in time is 2 PM – 9 PM
Check-out time is 10 AM
Otherwise, late check-out fees may apply. ($25 minimum from 11 am- to a full rate after 12 noon)
Credit Card guarantees: All reservations/bookings require a credit card either at the time of booking or on arrival. Direct bookings- to secure & hold the booking and for a deposit. Online reservations or pre-paid reservations still require the authorisation of a credit card for security, deposit/withdrawal or any smoke, strong residual cooking odours, excessive mess, smoking or any other damage caused, or late check-out fees incurred
Payments: Please note that a 2.5% transaction fee applies for payments made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners).
Visitors: All visitors must depart by 10 PM. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on either arrival or departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate. Whether booking online or direct when signing our check-in slip- you again agree to these terms & conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled for free until 2 days before arrival. However if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
If a non-refundable discounted rate is booked, no cancellations or amendments will be permitted. Full prepayment will be charged at the time of booking to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Please note that longer cancellation periods and deposit requirements may apply for peak periods, special events or holidays. Please enquire directly for clarification if you are unsure.
The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.
