How to Find Us
From the north and east entrance: turn off to the right onto Hedditch Street, opposite the DOC Visitors Centre on SH 84. You will also see the Blue Motel directional arrow signage.
From the south or west approach (Queenstown or Te Anau): you will be coming in via SH 89 over the Crown Range Pass and Cardrona. Come through the town past the lake and up Ardmore Street until you pass the Caltex. 250 metres north you will turn left onto Hedditch Street (opposite DOC). We are then 150m along the road on the first right hand corner.

We are 2km (12-minute walk) from Mt Iron and Puzzling World. We are 8kms from the airport. We are a 25-minute drive to ski areas – Treble Cone, 40 minutes to Cardrona and Snow Park/Farm for walks and a 1-hour drive to our glorious Mt Aspiring National Park. From there you can either walk the Aspiring Valley Track or cross the river and ascend the famous Rob Roy Glacier track, a must do for a Wanaka stay!
